Cécile GLEYSTEEN practices in the following main areas :
- advice to French and foreign companies on issues relating to personal data protection and modern technologies (life sciences sector and commercial and IT contracts)
- personal data protection (implementation of the principles resulting from the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR : compliance, impact analysis, records of processing activities, etc.)
- drafting of contracts and confidentiality policies
- regulatory framework of projects and compliance of data transferred outside the EU.
She has worked in international business law firms (personal data and the health sector) ; and in LONDON (Data Privacy team of an insurance broker) to contribute to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
CAPA (PARIS), two-year master’s degree in Health Products Law (PARIS-DESCARTES University), two-year master’s degree in General Private Law (PANTHEON-ASSAS University).
