DELSOL Avocats guides LEIBLANG Productions through ELEPHANT’s sale to WEBEDIA.
ELEPHANT, an audiovisual production company cofounded by Emmanuel CHAIN and Thierry BIZOT in 1999, has sold 51% of its capital to WEBEDIA, a digital media group.
A production company launched in 2011, LEIBLANG Productions partnered the ELEPHANT Group to run the documentary subsidiary.
ELEPHANT’s sale to WEBEDIA should enable both groups to create content that will be distributed on television, streaming platforms and social media.
LEIBLANG Productions was advised by DELSOL Avocats with Pierre GOUGÉ, partner and joint head of the Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions Department, and associate Martin SOUYRI.
