PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised K-SANTE during its first LBO
K-SANTE, a specialist in the distribution of slimming meals delivered to the home and personalized nutritional support, completed its first LBO with the FrenchFood Capital entrepreneur fund.
The operation made it possible to restructure the capital of the K-SANTE group around its director and founder Vincent Guillet and the FrenchFood Capital fund, which took a minority stake.
The K-SANTE group operates the three brands Kitchendiet (fresh meals designed by chef Mauro Colagreco), DietBon (ambient meals at a more affordable price) and GoodSanté (meals enriched with protein and textures adapted to patients who have undergone bariatric surgery.
K-SANTE was advised on the LBO by DELSOL Avocats with Henri-Louis DELSOL, partner co-head of the "Corporate law - Mergers Acquisitions" department., Séverine BRAVARD, lawyer of counsel, and Vincent GUENEVOUX, lawyer, on tax issues by Mathieu LE TACON, partner in charge of the "Tax" Department, and Eve DAUVOIS, lawyer, and on intellectual property aspects by Stéphane PERRIN, co-head of the Litigation, and Emilie SULLO, lawyer.
K-SANTE was also advised by EURVAD FINANCE bank.
