PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats keeps growing

Paul ALMEIDA joins the Tax department of DELSOL Avocats as an Of Counsel.

With 10 lawyers, including 3 partners and one Of Counsel, the Tax department advises its corporate and individual clients to secure and optimize the tax management of their transactions.

As from 2 May 2018, Paul ALMEIDA will bring his expertise in international taxation, corporate taxation mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, consolidated tax, tax rate, tax audit and tax-related disputes.

He started his career in 1998 within DELSOL Avocats prior to joining DELOITTE’s LYON office in 2005. In 2008 he joined the XPO group (previously known as Norbert DENTRESSANGLE) in his capacity as Tax Director.
