Aurélie CARLIER is an of counsel lawyer within the PARIS office’s Non-profit Organizations Department.
As well as standard legal and tax advisory work with non-profit organizations (associations, foundations, trade unions, cooperatives, etc.), she has developed specific expertise in :
- organization and management of occasional or regular company patronage, particularly in the framework of creating company funds and foundations
- property issues, structure of property projects and management of property assets, particularly on behalf of facilities in the health, medicosocial and social sectors.
She practices primarily for associations, foundations, health and medicosocial facilities and companies.
Aurélie CARLIER has a DESS postgraduate qualification in Business Law and Taxation and a DJCE (Corporate Legal Advice qualification) from the University of NANCY II, as well as a Certificate of Specialization in Tax Law from the Faculty of MONTPELLIER.
She began her career in 2003 within the DELCLUZE law firm in PARIS, where she practiced in corporate and tax law, before initially joining our law firm, where she stayed for three and a half years and was involved in legal and tax matters for companies and non-profit organizations. Following a spell with the law firm BIGNON LEBRAY, she joined AKLEA as a senior lawyer in Patronage, Foundation & Association services, before joining our Non-profit Organizations Department in the PARIS office in September 2012.
She regularly works with the journal Juris Associations and provides training for the Revue Fiduciaire Group and DALLOZ Group.
