Raphaël ORY has developed expertise in corporate finance and transfers as well as in private equity and contractual restructuring (supply, manufacturing, consortium…).
He has also developed an expertise in compliance/CSR/SRI issues in SMEs and mid-size companies (prevention of ethical risks, corruption and embargo, implementation of compliance programs, steering of CSR policies, responsible financing).
He worked for five years in Asia within a leading French law firm and developed specific knowledge of cross-border transactions. He therefore assists both foreign groups in France and French groups abroad.
Raphaël ORY was admitted to the Paris bar in 2009 and joined DELSOL Avocats in 2017. He is a Faculties of Law graduate (Grenoble) and holds a specialist HEC Entrepreneurs master’s degree.
