Samantha Nembetwa Loola is an associate in the Belgian office’s Corporate Tax and Wealth Law & Taxation departments.
She has expertise in personal income taxation and cross-border taxation for expatriates in Belgium, and she advises and assists private clients in their business and investment affairs.
She provides them with her expertise in estate planning and cross-border retirement planning.
She also assists clients with corporate reorganisations and tax audits and disputes.
Education
Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2022, she holds a Master’s degree in public and international law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and an Executive Master in tax law from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales – ICHEC.
Languages
English, French, Lingala, Italian and a good understanding of Dutch, Portuguese and Swedish.
