PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised CDC (Banque des Territoires) and BNP Paribas in the context of ECODAIR’s fundraising

DELSOL Avocats advised CDC (Banque des Territoires) and BNP Paribas in Ecodair’s €3.5 million fundraising, alongside Phitrust and Crédit Mutuel Asset Management.

Ecodair is a computer reconditioning company with a social purpose founded in Paris in 2004. It has five sites in France. In 2023, Ecodair processed more than 46,000 items of IT equipment, equivalent to 220 tonnes, and grew its business by almost 20%.

Ecodair employs 170 people, 70% of them benefit from a personalised support programme linked to a situation of disability, fragility or precariousness.

This fundraising will enable Ecodair to meet growing demand in an expanding key sector. The re-use of IT equipment is a fast-growing market, especially because of environmental issues.

DELSOL Avocats advised Banque des Territoires and BNP Paribas in the context of this transaction with a multidisciplinary team including :

  • Philippe MALIKIAN, partner, Pierre TOURRET and Rémy DURAND, associates, on corporate aspects ;
  • Brice BRIEL, partner, and Inès SAINT-LARY, associate, on employment law issues ;
  • Julien MONSENEGO, partner, and Lakshmi CANEVY, associate, on tax aspects.
