SEGEPO, a company specialising in the manufacture of mechanical parts, is reorganising its capital around its management, which has become the majority shareholder. Arkéa Capital and Bpifrance have become minority shareholders.

In 2015, the French manufacturer sold 60% of its capital to Dentressangle, which took the opportunity of this new buy-out to sale all its shares.
