Areas of expertise
Charlotte is involved in particular in :
- Regulation of healthcare products and related services ;
- Support for healthcare professionals and organizations (practice, partnerships, professional ethics) ;
- Negotiation, drafting and amendment of agreements ;
- Rules governing relationships between healthcare operators (transparency, anti-benefit regulations…) ;
- Administrative, civil and commercial litigation for operators in the sector, including in particular liability arising from healthcare products.
Professional practice
After gaining experience at the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM), working on the market control of narcotics and psychotropic substances, and completing two internships in health products law at TEVA Santé and at Hogan Lovells, Charlotte joined the Life Sciences department of DELSOL Avocats in December 2025.
