DELSOL Avocats advised CTA, a Lyon-based manufacturer of industrial refrigeration and heating systems, on an OBO.
CTA opened up its capital, which until then had been wholly owned by its directors, Céline Lach and Adrien Perez, and gave a stake of around 20% to Garibaldi Participations and BNP Paribas Développement as part of an OBO in which the debt was arranged by Crédit Agricole Centre-Est.
By opening up its capital, the company will be able to continue integrating and securing its production chain, while acquiring additional production capacity to meet growing demand in all its markets.
DELSOL Avocats advised CTA on this transaction with a team including Emmanuel Kaeppelin, partner, and Mayeul Brac de la Perriere, associate.
