PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats’s Tax Law Department continues to expand

Julien MONSENEGO is bolstering DELSOL Avocats’s Tax Law Department as a partner. Joining him is Thibaud BOUCHARLAT, a senior associate.

With its current team of ten, including three partners and two Of Counsel, the Tax Law Department helps businesses and individuals anticipate and optimize the tax treatment and optimization of day-to-day or exceptional operations.

The move is consistent with the firm’s development strategy in France and internationally, which aims to bring the best possible service to its clients.

Julien MONSENEGO will be responsible for the firm’s corporate tax department in Paris and Lyon. He will provide his expertise in international taxation, intellectual property and transfer pricing, and will also assist the Corporate Law Department on M&A transactions.

Registered with the PARIS Bar since 2004, he began his career with Arthur Andersen then Ernst & Young and contributed to creating the Tax Departments of the Paris offices of Coudert Brothers (2004–2005), Dechert (2005–2010) and Olswang (2011–Dec. 2016). He had held the position of partner responsible for group tax at Gowling WLG in Paris since January 2017.
