DELSOL Avocats advises Quilvest Private Equity on the takeover of the schools group EDH during a secondary LBO

Delsol Avocats advised the Quilvest Private Equity investment fund on the takeover of EDH, the private higher education group, from Platina Equity Solutions.

Founded in 1961 by Denis Huisman, the EDH Group is made up of three schools, the EFAP (jobs in the communication sector) with 80% of the group’s students, ICART (cultural management and art market) and the EFJ (new journalism).

Specifically, the firm performed all legal, tax and social due diligence, with :

  • Henri-Louis DELSOL, partner, and Anne-Sophie-HARTOG and Martin SOUYRI, lawyers, for corporate due diligence ;
  • Mathieu LE TACON, partner, and Eve DAUVOIS, lawyer, for tax due diligence ;
