Delphine GRIFFET assists non-profit organizations and socially responsible economic structures in the following areas :
- legal, tax and property aspects of the establishment, organisation and operation of non-profit organisations,
- drafting of partnership agreements and contracts tailored to the specific needs of non-profit organisations,
- amicable dispute resolution and management of legal proceedings,
- patronage and funding.
Professional practice
After several experiences in law firms, in the private sector and in the courts, Delphine joined DELSOL Avocats as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate in 2018.
