Areas of expertise
Firas DERBEL advises and represents actors in the social and solidarity economy (cooperative firms, foundations, endowment funds, associations, patrons) on their legal and tax matters, in both private and public law, with an approach integrating the financial and accounting dimensions of the sector. He is an active contributor to legal commentary in the field.
Professional practice
After experience at the Conseil d’État, within a parliamentary assembly, in business and in law firms specialising in business law and public law, Firas joined DELSOL Avocats in 2023.
