Thomas AMICO joins the DELSOL Avocats Litigation – White collar crime department as a partner.
With its current team of 11 lawyers including three partners and one counsel, the Litigation – Criminal Business Law department advises and represents French and international companies and their senior executives, in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings before national and arbitration courts in France and abroad.
This latest arrival is an integral part of the firm’s development strategy, in keeping with the depth of our service offers and with our international network, designed to provide a comprehensive response to all the needs of our clients.
Thomas AMICO brings to the firm his expertise in white collar crime and compliance. He appears in court regularly on behalf of companies and their senior executives in criminal proceedings in France and abroad. His practice encompasses all violations of business law, from corruption to cybercrime, by way of fraud and press offences. Thomas has also developed considerable expertise in the fields of compliance and criminal risk prevention.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, he began his career at Veil Jourde (2009 – 2013) and later joined the French office of Linklaters, where he headed the Criminal Business Law and Compliance practice (2013 – 2020).
