Lavorel Hotels is an independent hotel group based in Lyon holding a diverse portfolio including 10 exceptional establishments, a river transport company and a wine estate.
DELSOL Avocats advised Lavorel Hotels on its first sale and leaseback transaction involving one of its hotel residences to the Whiterock group, an investor and lessor in commercial real estate.
This sale and leaseback transaction is the first step in the development partnership between Whiterock and Lavorel Hotels, which remains a long-term operator alongside Whiterock.
The transaction involved the buildings of a 117-apartment hotel residence operated by Lavorel Hotels under the Kopster brand and located in Colombes (Paris region).
DELSOL Avocats acted alongside Lavorel Hotels with a team including Benoît Boussier, partner, and Laure Boegner, associate, from the Real Estate - Construction department. Lavorel Hotel was also assisted by Laurent de Labrouhe de Laborderie, solicitor, from AGI & Associés.
