DHI Group Telecom, a US wireless IP provider, is continuing its expansion in France with the acquisition of Bienvenue Wifi from its founders.
Bienvenue Wifi rents Wi-Fi Internet boxes to tourists in France, and also provides Wi-Fi coverage for professional events.
Already operating in 13 countries, DHI Group Telecom made its first foray into the French market, with DELSOL Avocats again acting as advisor, with the acquisition of Travel WiFi in June 2019.
The DELSOL Avocats team advising DHI Group Telecom was made up of partner Philippe MALIKIAN and associate Claire PECQUET.
