Professor Frédéric Douet joins DELSOL Avocats as Senior Counsel in order to provide his expertise in support to the « Wealth law & taxation » and « Corporate taxation » teams.
He holds a PhD from the University of Rouen (France) where he defended a thesis entitled « Contribution à l’étude de la sécurité juridique en droit fiscal interne français » (Contribution to the study of legal certainty in French domestic tax law) in 1996.
Since 2015 he is co-director of the Master in Business Law and Taxation at the University of Rouen-Normandie, where he teaches courses in family tax law, corporate taxation, digital taxation, insurance taxation, comprehensive notarial taxation and tax litigation.
DELSOL Avocats’ tax practice is led by four partners with complementary expertise, Jean-François Defudes, Mathieu Le Tacon, Julien Monsenego and Frédéric Subra, supported by two counsels and nine associates who assist French and international groups in their daily tax issues, as well as company founders, managers and families facing any tax issue.
Recognised for his doctrinal activity, Frédéric Douet will be consulted as an expert in order to provide the firm’s clients with state-of-the-art legal and tax assistance.
