DELSOL Avocats advised Apave, a group specialising in the management of technical, human, environmental and digital risks, with the acquisition of Tecnatom France from Tecnatom SA.
Tecnatom France is the French subsidiary of Tecnatom SA, itself controlled by the American group Westinghouse Electric Company. Specialising in ultrasonic non-destructive testing, Tecnatom France is equipped with unique industrial facilities in France. This acquisition will enable Apave to expand its range of tools.
