DELSOL Avocats advised Origine Partners in the context of DuRoure Group’s MBO
DELSOL Avocats advised Origine Partners, an asset management company based in Lyon (France), with the acquisition of a stake in DuRoure, an agricultural fertiliser mixer. Origine Partners has become the majority shareholder, alongside Bpifrance and CELDA Capital Développement, with the first investment of its Origine PME 1 fund.
This transaction will allow DuRoure Group to continue its development while contributing to environmental and social issues, thanks to Origine Partners’ expertise in organic and external growth strategies and ESG transformation.
