Pierre GOUGÉ, partner, and Benoît PARDIGON, associate, assisted AGC Glass Europe, the Belgian subsidiary of the Japanese group AGC, in the purchase of Eclat Digital Recherche (EDR)’s from its founders. EDR designs and develops synthesis image software faking daylight for the purpose of its industrial clients active in various sectors such as architecture, the car industry or materials design.
