DELSOL Avocats advised real estate and territorial development group REALITES on the stock market and regulatory aspects of its acquisition of Cap’Etudes, a group specialising in the development, management and operation of serviced student accommodation.
The deal sets a formal seal on a long-established partnership between the two structures and extends the integrated package REALITES is able to offer public and private sector territorial decision-makers.
DELSOL Avocats had already worked with REALITES on increasing its equity stake in its subsidiary Heurus in 2018. Advising REALITES on this new deal was Pierre GOUGÉ, partner and co-head of the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions Department, assisted by associate Martin SOUYRI.
