DELSOL Avocats supported Bpifrance in the reorganization of Manudo group’s equity capital
Manudo group, French leader in high-frequency and thermal welding for industry and in the medical field, is continuing its development with a convertible bond issue from Bpifancre and BNP Paribas Développement.
Created in 1958, Manudo group employs 400 people and achieves a turnover of nearly 20 million Euros.
Bpifrance, a public investment bank, participated in the financing of this operation, thus supporting the strategy and growth prospects abroad, and relying upon the development of recognized technical know-how, focused on innovation.
In the context of this transaction, Emmanuel Kaeppelin, partner, and Mayeul Fournier de Saint Jean, associate, of the « Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate Law » department advised Bpifrance.
