PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats’ Real Estate department continues to grow with the arrival of Adrien WILLIOT as Partner

DELSOL Avocats gains a new Partner, Adrien WILLIOT, in the firm’s Real Estate department, which now has eleven (11) lawyers, including three (3) partners (with Nathalie PEYRON and Benoît BOUSSIER) and one (1) counsel (Virginie DELANNOY).

The Real Estate department assists a diverse panel of French and international players with their real-estate business, providing both advisory and litigation services.

The teams, led by Nathalie PEYRON and Benoît BOUSSIER, have developed great experience and a solid reputation in all areas of real estate law, across all asset classes (particularly offices, retail outlets, hotels and housing). From property development and rea estate transactions to commercial leases, the department’s teams support clients with their projects, throughout the property’s life cycle, from acquisition or construction through to conveyance or letting.

Adrien’s arrival as partner in the Real Estate department is fully consistent with the Firm’s growth and development strategy, which has gained speed in recent years.

Adrien, 36, was admitted to the Paris bar in 2010. He began his career with Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2010 – 2019) in the Real Estate department, and then joined the Paris office of Ashurst in 2019, as Counsel, again in Real Estate. Adrien holds a Master II degree in Real Estate law from Paris I – La Sorbonne and a master’s degree in business law from Paris II – Assas.

Adrien has gained sound experience in advising on complex national and cross-border real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, commercial leases, asset management and construction. His French and international client base consists mainly of real-estate investment companies, family offices, institutional investors and developers, as well as users. In recent years, Adrien has developed recognized expertise in the co-working and flex office sector, and has assisted several leading players in this business.

"To DELSOL AVOCATS, real estate is a central component of all businesses and organisations : be it growth or development, restructuring or reorganisation, real property is a vital asset that our Real Estate department seeks to protect and optimise," explains Xavier DELSOL, chairman of the board.

Nathalie PEYRON and Benoît BOUSSIER say : "Our department will pursue its development in property development and complex transactions, thereby confirming our practice in real-estate deals. Adrien WILLIOT’s arrival will consolidate our positioning in innovative flex office, hotel and retail practices".

Adrien WILLIOT says : "I am delighted to join DELSOL Avocats as I fully share the firm’s human and professional values. I aim to strengthen the firm’s real estate practice by contributing my experience in transactions and consolidating the department’s practice in commercial leases, asset management and construction.Retour ligne automatique
Another challenge is to develop my expertise in the flex office sector, in order to fully understand and respond to our clients’ ever-changing needs and meet the new expectations of office users.
