Adrien’s arrival as partner in the Real Estate department is fully consistent with the Firm’s growth and development strategy, which has gained speed in recent years.

He began his career with Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2010 – 2019) in the Real Estate department, and then joined the Paris office of Ashurst in 2019, as Counsel, again in Real Estate. Adrien holds a Master II degree in Real Estate law from Paris I – La Sorbonne and a master’s degree in business law from Paris II – Assas.
Adrien has gained sound experience in advising on complex national and cross-border real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, commercial leases, asset management and construction. His French and international client base consists mainly of real-estate investment companies, family offices, institutional investors and developers, as well as users. In recent years, Adrien has developed recognized expertise in the co-working and flex office sector, and has assisted several leading players in this business.
