Launched in June 2021 by three founding members (AstraZeneca, Docaposte and Impact Healthcare), the AgorIA Santé consortium aims at bringing together research stakeholders to facilitate the analysis of real-life health data for public health purposes.
AgorIA Santé thus offers a secure technological platform for hosting and analysing health data in compliance with the respect personal freedoms.
It also becomes a son system of the National Health Data System (SNDS), thus leading the founding members to comply with the complex and demanding legal framework of health data processing.
The CNIL authorisation is a major step for the consortium, as it will enable it to host health data from various sources in the warehouse and to match them with data from the SNDS’s medico-administrative databases whenever relevant.
Jeanne BOSSI MALAFOSSE, head of the "Personal Data" department and co-head of the "Life Sciences" department, and her team advised AgorIA Santé throughout the authorisation process up to the CNIL’s approval.
