DELSOL Avocats advised the German group PLATH, specialized in the intelligence sector and in the interception of communications, with the restructuring of its activities in France and the Middle-East in order to further focus on early crisis detection and to strengthen its presence in France.
In this context, PLATH sold its minority interests in Nexa Technologies (France) and Advanced Middle East Systems (United Arab Emirates) to BOSS Industries, which is already the majority shareholder of these two companies. At the same time, PLATH acquired 95% of Serpikom’s share capital from Nexa Technologies, which offers state-of-the-art signal interception and analysis solutions.
The part of the transaction involving Serpikom was subject to the authorization of the Ministry of Economy as part of its control of foreign investments in France.
To date, PLATH includes 500 employees worldwide and generated a 64M Euros turnover in 2020.
DELSOL Avocats advised PLATH with a team including Philippe MALIKIAN, partner, and Claire PECQUET, associate.
