DELSOL Avocats has advised Assystem, an international engineering group listed on Euronext Paris, on acquiring 100% of the capital of the French company ASCO from its three founders.
ASCO, a recognized player in project management and information systems, generates over €20 M in annual revenue and has 300 employees.
The acquisition is consistent with the strategy of the Assystem Group, which is consolidating its activity in operational engineering services for French nuclear facilities and its Project Management Division. The annual revenue of the group’s Project Management Division is now close to €50 M, with over 600 employees.
Assystem was advised by DELSOL Avocats with a team comprising Philippe MALIKIAN, partner, and Alexandre ZITOUNE, associate, from the Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
