PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advises Deskeo in its partnership with DENTRESSANGLE for the exploitation of the Part-Dieu Central building in Lyon

DENTRESSANGLE Foncière Immobilière has just entrusted Deskeo, one of the leaders in the French flex office market, with the marketing and management of a 1.500 m² office building (the Part-Dieu Central) located in Lyon.

This partnership set up under a Management Contract gives rise to a new signature "DENTRESSANGLE WORKPLACE by Deskeo", whose ambition is to deploy new working mode standards.

The Part-Dieu Central building, located near the Lyon Part-Dieu station, will welcome its first occupants at the beginning of January 2022.

In the context of this transaction, Deskeo was advised by Adrien WILLIOT, partner and co-head of the « Real Estate » department within DELSOL Avocats.
