DELSOL Avocats advised REALITES, a listed territorial development group founded in 2003 by Yoann CHOIN-JOUBERT, its CEO, operating in France and Africa (Morocco) and with more than 400 employees, in its capital increase with preferential subscription rights launched on 2 July 2020 and in obtaining the French financial markets authority’s (AMF) visa on the prospectus of this operation.
The capital increase amounting to 14.8 million Euros, issue premium included, was fully subscribed.
Within the framework of this operation approved by the AMF, REALITES was advised by DELSOL Avocats with a team composed of Pierre GOUGÉ, partner co-head of the "Corporate Law - Mergers & Acquisitions" department and Anaïs FAURY, associate, as well as Julien MONSENEGO, partner co-head of the "Tax Law" department and Clément GUITET, associate.
