Jean-Baptiste Croizier joined DELSOL Avocats in 2013.
He advises associations, foundations, endowment funds, religious orders, and professional organizations, focusing primarily on transactions involving formation, reorganization, and restructuring (mergers, spin-offs, partial asset contributions, and spin-offs into subsidiaries), as well as on issues related to the operations and taxation of nonprofit organizations.
He has developed particular expertise in the sectors of public housing, higher education, and medical-social services.
Jean-Baptiste also advises individuals and businesses on their philanthropic initiatives to finance and structure projects of public interest.
A member of the Lyon Bar since 2009, Jean-Baptiste Croizier holds a Master’s I in Business Law and a Professional Master’s II in Real Estate Law.
