Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER practices on behalf of associations, foundations, endowment funds, congregations and professional bodies, particularly in:z

  • founding, operation, reorganization and restructuring (merger, demerger, partial transfer of assets, division into subsidiaries, etc.) of non-profit organizations
  • taxation of non-profit organizations
  • patronage and sponsorship.

He practiced with the law firm PIQUET-GAUTHIER-GUTTON-ROUME before joining DELSOL Avocats in 2013.

He registered with LYON Bar in 2009, after a one-year master’s degree in Business Law, and two-year master’s degree in Professional Property Law.
