DELSOL Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment to Counsel status of Bruna BARDAWIL and Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER from the "Non-Profit Organisations – Social Entrepreneurship" department.
Bruna BARDAWIL advises and assists entities in the social and inclusive economy (non-profits, endowment funds, non-trading real-estate companies, mission-driven companies, and third-sector commercial companies) within the framework of their establishment, development and day-to-day running, as well as the reorganisation of their activities and powers (merger, split, spin-off). She also works on matters relating to the segmentation and carve-out of commercial operations.
Bruna BARDAWIL was admitted to the Paris bar in 2011 and joined DELSOL Avocats in 2020 after several years’ experience in company law/mergers and acquisitions in law firms in Paris. She holds a Master I in Business Law (University PARIS I) and a Master II in International law (University PARIS I). She also chairs a non-profit organisation active in research into autism.
Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER assists non-profits, foundations, endowment funds, congregations and professional organisations. He particularly advises on the creation and reorganisation (merger, split, spin-off, carve-out) of non-profit organisations, as well as on matters relating to their running and taxation. Jean-Baptiste also advises private individuals and businesses on their philanthropy projects to finance or develop general interest operations.
Jean-Baptiste CROIZIER was admitted to the Lyon bar in 2009 and holds a Master I in Business Law and a Master II in Property Law. He joined DELSOL Avocats in 2013.
