PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats announces the promotion of three Counsels

DELSOL Avocats is delighted to announce the promotions to Counsel status of Mayeul Brac de La Perrière (Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate law), Edouard de Mellon (Business litigation) et Stanley Miton (Economic law).

Mayeul Brac de La Perrière is mainly involved in business transfers, equity transactions and company restructuring.

He has developed specific experience in assisting innovative projects, with traditional players or start-ups, in sectors undergoing major technological changes such as IT (data, IoT, etc.), energy and health.

As a member of the Lyon Bar for 10 years, Mayeul joined DELSOL Avocats in 2012 after several years of experience within consulting firms, both in France (FIDAL) and Canada (Lette & Whitaker), and companies (Société Générale, Air France).
He holds a Master II degree in Business Law and Technique (Lyon III) and a diploma in Business Law (DJCE).

Edouard de Mellon is involved in a wide range of litigation matters, which enables him to meet the needs of a diversified clientele and to provide litigation support for major projects.

In particular, he defends companies in their commercial, competition and distribution disputes and assists their managers or partners before both the civil and criminal courts.

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2011, Edouard holds a Master I (University of Paris II Panthéon Assas) and a Master II (University of Paris V) in Business Law.
He joined DELSOL Avocats in 2011.

Stanley Miton advises on economic law matters (contract law, distribution law, competition law and consumer law) and commercial litigation.

He has been a lecturer in business law at EM Lyon since 2019 and coaches teams in the context of the law clinic (EM Lyon incubator). He also mentors entrepreneurs through the association Synergie 6 organization.

He began his career in Paris with the law firms Gide Loyrette Nouel and White & Case. After an experience in Casablanca (Morocco), he joined the business and competition law team of Cornet Vincent Segurel before joining DELSOL Avocats in 2022.

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2014, Stanley holds a Master I and a Master II in European Business Law (Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University) and a University Diploma in American Law (Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University).

DELSOL Avocats now includes 130 lawyers and legal advisors, including 33 partners and 12 Counsels.
