PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats strengthens its competition/distribution and employment law practices with the arrival of two new partners

Hélène Vey-Morit provides assistance to French and international companies with French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law.
Her practice covers merger control and antitrust litigation (cartels, abuse of dominant position) before the French Competition Authority and national courts, as well as before foreign authorities (in Africa in particular). Hélène has extensive expertise in private damages claims for anticompetitive conduct.

She assists her clients with the creation and development of their distribution networks, and handles litigation in cases involving restrictive practices, sudden breach of commercial relationships, and unfair competition. Hélène also represents clients in the areas of consumer law (unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising) and defective products matters before national and European authorities and courts (liability actions and recall procedures).

Hélène was sworn in as a lawyer in 2010 and joined the law firm Gide the same year in the Economic Law department in Brussels, and then in Paris.

She joins DELSOL Avocats as a partner in the « Business litigation » department alongside Stéphane Perrin, Thomas Amico, Alexis Chabert and Pierre-Marie Durade-Replat. The team now includes five partners, two counsels and nine associates.

Anna Milleret-Godet assists companies with evolving staff working conditions and changes in workforce numbers, through the implementation of job protection plan or voluntary redundancy plans.

She advises French and international businesses on their strategic corporate reorganisations, including mergers and acquisitions, site closures, business transfers and other asset disposals.

She assists her clients with complex collective and individual litigation and advises top executives on negotiating their departures.

Anna was sworn in as a lawyer in 2009 and started her carreer with the law firm Dentons, before joining Cohen & Gresser.

She joins DELSOL Avocats as a partner in the « Employment law – Social welfare law » department alongside Delphine Bretagnolle, Brice Briel and Philippe Pacotte.
Anna is accompanied by Alexandre Fraval, associate.
The team now includes four partners, one counsel, eleven associates and one legal advisor.

DELSOL Avocats assists its clients facing international issues, either French clients with international projects or foreign clients involved in operations in Europe. The Firm was therefore keen to expand to Belgium (see our press release dated 26 October 2023) and is happy to welcome two new partners with a strong international focus.

« The arrival of Hélène and Anna marks a new step in the firm’s development strategy, which we are delighted about. It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome them among us », comment Henri-Louis Delsol and Emmanuel Kaeppelin, managing partners.

Hélène Vey-Morit explains : « Joining DELSOL Avocats was an obvious choice for me. It is a human-sized firm, with skilled practitioners committed to offering their French and international clients an increasingly broad and diversified range of services. After more than ten years with a major French law firm, it is an inspiring professional project to strengthen DELSOL Avocats’ competition law practice. This token of trust honours me. The collaboration with the Lyon and Brussels offices is obviously an asset in supporting the firm’s growth dynamic. »

Anna Milleret-Godet declares for her part : « I am delighted to join DELSOL Avocats. This is a great opportunity for my clients and myself to benefit from a dynamic high-level multidisciplinary structure. My 10-year experience with American law firms has forged my understanding of international issues, and I hope to play my part in strengthening the firm’s international activity. I am very grateful for the trust placed in me by my future partners and look forward to joining them. »
