DELSOL Avocats advised Siparex on the acquisition of a majority stake in Emalec, a recognised expert in multi-technical contract maintenance and construction works for all building trades.
This transaction will enable Emalec to strenghen its presence in strategic markets such as the Benelux countries, Germany and Spain, while developing its expertise in energy performance and building management systems.
This transaction was led by Siparex, via the funds Siparex Midcap 4, the Fonds Souverain Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and CERAE, alongside Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement (Carvest) and Bpifrance.
DELSOL Avocats assisted Siparex with a team including
