PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advises ALTIFORT on the acquisition of GLI and ITC

DELSOL Avocats advised the ALTIFORT group on its acquisition of two companies, Gaz Liquéfiés Industrie (GLI) and ITC.

Founded in 2014 by two entrepreneurs, Stanislas Vigier (CEO) and Bart Gruyaert (Managing Director), ALTIFORT is an international group operating in Germany, Belgium, France and Ukraine specializing in fluids (Altifluid), mechanical engineering (Altimotion) and construction (Altibuild).

The acquisition of GLI reinforces ALTIFORT’s industrial and service activities and expands the group’s capacity to serve its customers in France.
GLI specializes in the manufacture of liquefied compressed or dissolved gas cylinders and storage. GLI has two production centers (one in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, and the other in the Grand Est) and 13 service centers covering the whole of France.

The acquisition of ITC will reinforce ALTIFORT’s nuclear industry business.
ITC is based in the Rhône-Alpes, where it has four sites.

These acquisitions are complementary in both geographic and technical terms.

ALTIFORT was advised on the transaction by a DELSOL Avocats team consisting of Emmanuel Kaeppelin, partner and co-head of the Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions Department and associate Raphaël Ory. Associate Caroline Da Lage assisted on the GLI International transaction and associate Gibril Douibi on the ITC transaction.
