Caroline DA LAGE

Caroline DA LAGE’s practice focuses on business transfers, equity transactions and corporate restructuring.

She assists managers and companies at all stages of their life and development, whether in daily or exceptional operations.

Caroline has developed international expertise working with foreign and French companies based abroad.

She started her career in Paris with French and US/UK law firms (Clifford Chance, Gide, Fieldfisher France) and in China (Gide Beijing).

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2013, Caroline worked for ADAMAS/ADALTYS before joining DELSOL Avocats in 2017.

She holds a Master II DJCE in International Business Law (University of Aix-en-Provence) and a Master I in Corporate and Business Law (Montpellier).
