DELSOL Avocats advised DIMOTRANS Group on a financing transaction aimed at accelerating the company’s growth.
The DIMOTRANS Group, a major player in the transport and logistics sector in France and abroad with a consolidated turnover of €663.4 million in 2024, has announced the creation of new credit lines totalling €200 million. This strategic operation is designed to accelerate the group’s growth and strengthen its financial structure to support its ambitions.
The transaction is being led by a strong banking syndicate comprising BNP Paribas, Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, Bpifrance, Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes, Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes, CIC Lyonnaise de Banque, LCL and Société Générale. Financing was coordinated by Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, CIC Lyonnaise de Banque and LCL.
