FACIL’iti provides a significantly improved and customized browsing experience allowing websites to meet the needs of each individual’s particular condition.
The start-up has just completed its first round of financing with four leading groups investing in its capital : Groupe TF1, Bouygues Telecom, Groupe Crédit Agricole and Malakoff Humanis.
FACIL’iti aims at accelerating its international development (USA, Canada, Europe and Japan) and at rapidly launching new innovative services by intensifying its R&D strategy.
In the context of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats assisted FACIL’iti with a team including Henri-Louis Delsol, partner and co-head of the « Mergers-acquisitions – Corporate law » department, and Pierre Tourret, associate.
