DELSOL Avocats is delighted to announce the promotion to Counsel status of Vincent GUEVENOUX (Mergers & Acquisitions – Corporate law) and Damien REMY (Business litigation).

Vincent GUEVENOUX is mainly involved in acquisitions, sales and restructurings, as well as fundraising.
He has also developed a specific expertise in stock-market transactions and pre-litigation issues.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Vincent joined DELSOL Avocats 9 years ago after completing his final internship within the firm.
He holds a two-year master’s degree in Business Law and a Certificate of Specialist Studies in Corporate Law.

Damien REMY enjoys more than 13 years of expertise in intellectual property acquired in several leading intellectual property firms, as well as a large multidisciplinary firm, before joining DELSOL Avocats in May 2023.
He is involved in both consulting and litigation issues relating to trademarks, patents, copyright, designs and domain names.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, Damien holds a two-year master’s degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property.
