PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats assisted Amplexor group on the acquisition of Amplexor Business Services by Hivest Capital Partners

Hivest Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm in France, has acquired 100% of Amplexor Business Services from the Amplexor group. This spin-off is part of the acquisition of Amplexor group announced by Acolad.

For over thirty years, Amplexor Business Services has been a leader in digital content consulting, engineering and management services primarily for the defence, energy, telecom and aviation sectors. The group employs a staff of 600 across seven sites in France.

This spin-off aims to consolidate Amplexor Business Services’ current position in its market and continue the development of its high value-added digital content consulting and engineering activities, particularly through external growth.

Amplexor was assisted by DELSOL Avocats on corporate aspects, with a team comprising partner Philippe MALIKIAN, and associates Claire PECQUET and Pierre TOURRET.
