PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats assists DERMSCAN’s founder with the sale of the laboratory to EUROFINS

DELSOL Avocats acted on behalf of the seller in the transfer of the Laboratory DERMSCAN SAS to EUROFINS, by assisting the founder of DERMSCAN, Frédérique Girard-Ory.

DERMSCAN SAS provides tests and clinical studies in dermatology. It has operations in France, Poland, Tunisia, Mauritius and Thailand and employs over 150 staff.

EUROFINS is a group of laboratories specialising in food, pharmaceutical, environmental and medical biology testing, founded in Nantes in 1987.

DELSOL Avocats advised the founder of DERMSCAN with a team including partner Emmanuel KAEPPELIN, co-head of the Corporate – Mergers & Acquisitions department, lawyer Alice LEMARIGNIER, and partner Delphine BRETAGNOLLE, co-head of the "Employment Law – Social Welfare Law" department.
