DELSOL Avocats advised REALITES on its partnership and investment in Red Star FC
DELSOL Avocats assisted REALITES, a territorial development group listed on Euronext Growth, founded in 2003 by CEO Yoann CHOIN-JOUBERT, which operates in France and Africa (Morocco) and employs over 400 staff, on its partnership and investment in Red Star FC.
This strategic partnership is part of the project to renovate and integrate the Bauer stadium into the eponymous neighbourhood in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis).
As an official partner for the next three seasons, REALITES will have full visibility as regards the sponsoring actions carried out by the club.
Within the framework of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised REALITES with a team consisting of
- Pierre GOUGÉ, Partner and co-head of the "Corporate Law – Mergers and Acquisitions" department, and associate Anaïs FAURY, for the corporate aspects,
- Julien MONSENEGO, Partner and co-head of the "Tax Law" department, for tax-related matters,
- Renaud-Jean CHAUSSADE, Partner and co-head of the "Public Law" department and associate Jocelyn LEQUESNE, for public law aspects.
