PRESS RELEASE - DELSOL Avocats advised Caisse des Dépôts on its investment in RecyOuest
DELSOL Avocats advised Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) on its investment through Banque des Territoires in the company RecyOuest.
RecyOuest has filed a patent for the recycling of two plastic materials (PP and HDPE) in the form of granules, which will then be resold either for the same use (agricultural twine or netting) or to the plastics industry.
The investment of Banque des Territoires is part of a round of financing also including two local companies and business angels, completed by a subsidy from the State, for a total amount of nearly 3 million euros.
This fundraising will enable RecyOuest to expand this large-scale environmental project, combining circular economy and technological innovation, which will be operational in 2022 throughout France.
In the context of this transaction, CDC was advised by DELSOL Avocats with a team including :
