PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats advised REALITES and some of their managers on the €10 million investment in REALITES SA by the management company set up for this purpose
DELSOL Avocats assisted REALITES, a territorial development group listed on Euronext Growth, founded in 2003 by CEO Yoann CHOIN-JOUBERT, which operates in France and Africa (Morocco) and employs over 400 staff, and some of their managers, on an investment made with support from PALATINE bank, by means of a capital increase in cash with cancellation of the preferential subscription right reserved for managers and an additional subscription to the existing TSSDI (perpetual deeply subordinated notes) investment, totalling approximately €10 million.
Within the framework of this transaction, DELSOL Avocats advised REALITES and the managers on all the structuring, set-up and financing aspects, with a team consisting of :
