DELSOL Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment of six associates as Counsel : Eleonora Bufalini (Real Estate - Construction), Maïlys de Meyer (Wealth law & taxation and Corporate Taxation), Marie d’Ozouville (Non-Profit Organizations - Social and solidarity-based Entrepreneurship), Jennifer Pereira-Chevallier (Public Law), Gabriela Pintilescu (Distressed companies - Restructuring) and Mélodie Seror (Employment Law – Social Welfare Law).

DELSOL Avocats now has almost 140 lawyers and legal advisors, including 34 partners and 25 counsels and of counsels, active in its offices in Paris, Lyon and Brussels.

Henri-Louis Delsol and Emmanuel Kaeppelin, Managing Partners, are delighted with these appointments, which "are the result of constant commitment, rigorous work and a good team spirit that testify to the richness of our talent pool".

Eleonora Bufalini assists and advises clients both in the context of transactions and disputes rerlating to real estate and construction law matters.

Involved with the Paris Bar, she is a delegate of the President of the Bar, in charge of sports, and she is President of the Volleyball Section.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Eleonora joined DELSOL Avocats in 2015.

She holds a Master II in Private International Law and International Trade, a Master II in Insurance Law and a dual degree in French and Italian law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza - Universities of Florence and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Maïlys de Meyer advises companies and individuals on the structuring of acquisitions and transfers of private and business assets and on tax litigation.

She is also involved in structuring and optimising the tax position of assets with regard to income tax and wealth tax.

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2017, Maïlys joined DELSOL Avocats in 2017. She holds a Master II in Corporate Law and Taxation. She is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).

Marie d’Ozouville advises non-profit organizations (endowment funds, public-interest associations and foundations, company foundations, associations, congregations, etc.) on legal and tax issues (structuring, financing structures, non-profit activities, gaining public-interest status, pre-litigation and restructuring).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Marie joined DELSOL Avocats in 2015. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (Université Paris Dauphine).

Jennifer Pereira-Chevallier’s practice focuses on public business law. She assists both public bodies and private operators on the legal structuring of their projects, both advisory and litigation services.
She has developed particular expertise in urban planning law and in matters relating to land management.

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2013, Jennifer joined DELSOL Avocats in 2022 after five years’ experience in a law firm (including four years with DELSOL Avocats) and three years’ experience as a legal affairs officer (Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region).
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in public contract law from Lyon III University.

Gabriela Pintilescu assists companies in difficulty, court-appointed administrators and agents and buyers.

She works alongside them on preventive treatment (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) as well as insolvency procedures (safeguard, judicial recovery) and on company takeovers at the Commercial Courts.

A member of the Lyon Bar since 2016, Gabriela joined DELSOL Avocats in 2021. She holds a Master II in International Business Law.

Mélodie Seror advises and assists a varied clientele of French companies and non-profit organisations in employment law and social welfare law.
She practices in the following main areas :

  • Employment law : individual and collective litigation, management of individual relations (employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, etc.)
  • Social welfare law (investigation of accidents at work and occupational diseases, litigation on unenforceability and inexcusable fault, etc.)

Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2007, she joined DELSOL Avocats in 2023. She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in international business law (Lyon 3 University).
