DELSOL Avocats is delighted to announce the promotion to Counsel status of three lawyers : Caroline Da Lage (Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate Law), Jessica Neufville (Employment Law – Social welfare law, Distressed companies - Restructuring) and Arnaud Laroche (Non-profit Organisations - Social and solidarity-based entrepreneurship).
Caroline Da Lage is mainly involved in fundraising, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring operations, both nationally and internationally.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2013, Caroline joined DELSOL Avocats in 2017.
She holds a Master II DJCE in International Business Law (Aix-en-Provence).
With nearly 10 years of experience in employment law at DELSOL Avocats, Jessica Neufville is mainly involved in the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and court-ordered takeovers, restructuring operations for companies in receivership or in bonis, and collective negotiations.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar since 2015, Jessica holds a Master II in Private and Public Health Law (Aix-en-Provence).
Arnaud Laroche advises stakeholders in the social and solidarity economy sector, providing legal and tax expertise at every stage of their development.
He also provides assistance with the legal and tax structuring of sponsorship by individuals and companies, and with the setting up shareholder foundations.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Arnaud holds a Master II in Company Law and Engineering, a DU-DJCE and a Master I in Business Law (Aix-en-Provence).
