PRESS RELEASE – DELSOL Avocats assits REALITES, the first project manager in France to adopt the "entreprise à mission" status (French benefit corporation)
DELSOL Avocats assisted REALITES, a territorial development group listed on Euronext Growth founded in 2003 by Yoann CHOIN-JOUBERT, its CEO, which adopted the "entreprise à mission" status (French benefit corporation), the strongest and most demanding commitment allowed by the PACTE law.
After the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 January 2021, more than 99% of REALITES’ shareholders approved the amendment of the articles of association with the "entreprise à mission" status. This is a first for a project owner in France.
The Group undertakes to provide evidence of the achievement of its objectives and to change its management rules to take into account the mission in each activity and decision.
In February 2020, REALITES initiated the dynamics with the setting up of a solidarity-based structure : REALITES’ endowment fund. DELSOL Avocats had already assisted REALITES in this context and the same team provided assistance with this new step :
