1st July 2020 - As every year since 2009, DELSOL Avocats launches a call for projects to select the winners of its endowment fund competition. In 2020 the prizes will amount to a total of 35 000€
Created in February 2009, the DELSOL Avocats endowment fund is one of the first created in France. Its purpose is to support the firm’s corporate philanthropy actions, driven by the desire of its partners and associates to commit themselves to projects that promote strong human values.
The national competition organized in partnership with the National Forum of Associations and Foundations aims at rewarding pubic-interest organizations :
presenting an innovative project of a social, cultural, educational or sporting nature,
centred on the material, intellectual or moral development and fulfilment of people and their environment,
particularly promoting human dignity,
and preferably recent organizations (less than 10 years of existence).
A pre-jury, consisting of DELSOL Avocats endowment fund’s board of directors, will pre-select 3 files.
The 3 shortlisted candidates will be invited to come and present their structure and project in a 10-minute video during the National Forum of Associations and Foundations to take place in Paris on 15 October 2020.
The jury will then designate three winners who will be awarded the following prizes :
1st prize : 20 000€
2nd prize : 10 000€.
3rd prize : 5 000€.
During the deliberations, an expert of fundraising will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the candidates and present fundraising best practices.
